St. Paul.s Chapel celebrated the installation of a new three-manual Noack organ in 2018 with a week of concerts by distinguished organists. It is the sixth organ in New York City's oldest public building and is housed in the city's oldest organ case.
St. Paul's Chapel has the World Trade Center as a neighbor, and it became a recovery center for the people who searched for victims at Ground Zero after the terrorist attack in 2001. It also became a place for America to show its love for those doing the grim work in the rubble so nearby.
